Job description

Oracle Life Sciences Adoption Services is seeking a senior adoption leader to drive customer delivery, business growth, and practice development across the Life Sciences Adoption practice.

This hybrid role is primarily customer-facing, with responsibility for leading adoption strategy, stakeholder engagement, change enablement, and value realization for Life Sciences customers. The role also contributes to building scalable offerings, delivery frameworks, reusable assets, and service models that strengthen the practice and support future growth.

The Senior Manager, Life Sciences Adoption Strategy & Delivery is a senior individual contributor who partners with customers, Oracle teams, and practice leadership to help Life Sciences organizations successfully adopt Oracle solutions and realize measurable business value.

The role combines hands-on delivery leadership with strategic practice development. The successful candidate will lead adoption planning and execution for customer engagements while translating lessons learned into repeatable methods, playbooks, and offerings.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Life Sciences, clinical research, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, regulated research, enterprise technology, consulting, implementation, customer success, or professional services.

  • 5+ years of experience in adoption strategy, organizational change management, transformation delivery, stakeholder engagement, business readiness, or customer enablement.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, customer-facing delivery efforts in enterprise or regulated environments.
  • Experience developing adoption strategies, change plans, readiness plans, communication strategies, stakeholder-engagement approaches, and sustainment models.
  • Experience working with executive sponsors, senior business leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional delivery organizations.
  • Strong understanding of Life Sciences operating environments, such as clinical research, regulatory, safety, pharmacovigilance, data, SaaS, cloud, AI, or enterprise Life Sciences technology programs.
  • Ability to identify adoption risks, process impacts, readiness gaps, and delivery dependencies, then develop practical mitigation strategies.
  • Experience translating customer needs and delivery insights into reusable frameworks, service offerings, delivery assets, or scalable support models.
  • Ability to operate independently as a senior individual contributor with executive presence, sound judgment, and minimal oversight.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, problem-solving, stakeholder-management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience influencing matrixed teams across sales, delivery, consulting, product, customer success, and practice leadership.
  • Ability to balance immediate customer commitments with longer-term practice-development priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting consulting, professional services, implementation, customer success, or transformation programs.

  • Deep expertise in customer value realization, adoption risk, stakeholder readiness, and business-outcome alignment.
  • Experience contributing to practice offerings, proofs of concept, delivery playbooks, or repeatable service models.

Responsibilities

• Lead adoption strategy, stakeholder engagement, change enablement, and delivery execution for Life Sciences customer engagements.

  • Partner with customers to understand business objectives, operational needs, stakeholder impacts, adoption risks, and value-realization goals.
  • Develop and execute adoption strategies that support transformation, business readiness, solution adoption, and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead customer workshops, readiness reviews, stakeholder sessions, adoption-planning activities, and executive discussions.
  • Translate customer needs into practical adoption plans, engagement strategies, support models, and delivery approaches.
  • Identify adoption barriers, readiness gaps, stakeholder resistance, delivery dependencies, and mitigation plans.
  • Provide senior guidance on change enablement, communications, stakeholder alignment, readiness, and sustainment.
  • Collaborate with Life Sciences leadership and cross-functional teams—including sales, delivery, consulting, product, and customer success—to align services with customer and business priorities.
  • Support growth opportunities through adoption expertise, solution positioning, delivery planning, and value discussions.
  • Develop scalable Life Sciences Adoption offerings, reusable assets, delivery frameworks, playbooks, and customer-engagement models.
  • Contribute to proofs of concept, Advisor offerings, and other initiatives that strengthen practice capabilities...
  • Capture lessons learned from engagements and convert them into delivery improvements and reusable practice assets.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $102,300 to $209,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
