Summary

We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer who is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of advanced manufacturing processes. This role involves providing technical leadership, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient production of high-quality products.

Key

Responsibilities

  • Lead process improvement efforts to reduce waste and improve quality.
  • Provide technical guidance to the manufacturing team to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Review and analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with design, engineering, and operations teams to ensure products are easy to manufacture.
  • Select, test, and implement new equipment and technologies.
  • Ensure all processes meet safety, regulatory, and quality requirements.
  • Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
  • Manage projects related to new processes, equipment, or technological improvements.
  • Create and maintain process documentation and SOPs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex manufacturing issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience
  • 7–10 years of manufacturing engineering experience with strong process development skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methods
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience with ERP systems and project management

Preferred:

  • Experience with automation and advanced manufacturing technologies
  • Familiarity with Industry 4.0 tools and concepts
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or similar credentials
