Senior Product Owner

Location: Coppell, TX (Hybrid: Tues/Wed/Thurs Onsite)

Pay Rate: $65-75/hr W2

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to translate business and customer needs into clear, actionable requirements for Agile development teams. This is a highly hands-on role focused on requirements gathering, user stories, backlog management, workflow design, and collaboration with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders, Product Managers, UX, and Engineering teams to define product requirements
  • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow diagrams, and supporting documentation
  • Manage and prioritize product backlogs in Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, or similar tools
  • Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and other Agile ceremonies
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to clarify requirements and remove delivery blockers
  • Gather stakeholder feedback and translate business processes into development-ready solutions
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities to improve product delivery
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance analysis, documentation, and product development processes

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Product Owner, Product Management, Business Analysis, or related experience
  • Strong experience developing user stories, acceptance criteria, requirements, and process documentation
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, or similar backlog management tools
  • Experience working directly with engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Healthcare, supply chain, pharmacy, medical device, med-surg, or related healthcare industry experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI-enabled products or productivity tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT
  • Experience with user journey mapping and workflow design
  • Experience supporting complex integrations, enterprise applications, or data-intensive products
  • Familiarity with product roadmaps and prioritization
  • Experience collaborating with UX/UI teams and translating stakeholder needs into development-ready requirements
