Senior Project Manager – Enterprise Application Compliance

Provide PM leadership for the Helpline solution replacement, currently progressing through the TIR process and final vendor selection (approximately 50% allocation through December).

* Coordinate with the SaaS/technology teams through vendor selection, solution execution, implementation planning, dependencies, risks, testing and deployment.

* Provide structured IT governance for the Helpline initiative, including project plans, milestones, RAID management, stakeholder coordination and executive reporting.

Lead PM activities for the replacement of the existing Passport legal/matter-management system, including requirements gathering, business/IT alignment and product/vendor evaluation.

* Establish structure around the Passport initiative by coordinating requirements, TIR, solution selection, implementation planning, testing, deployment and transition.

* Work across business stakeholders, IT, architecture, cybersecurity, vendors and other technical teams to ensure both initiatives progress through the appropriate enterprise technology governance and delivery processes.
