Job description

WSA - Wonderful Sound for All is a global leader in the hearing aid industry. Together with our 12,000 colleagues in 130 countries, we invite you to help unlock human potential by bringing back hearing for millions of people around the world.

Our portfolio of technologies spans the full spectrum of hearing care, from distinct hearing brands and digital platforms to managed care, hearing centers and diagnostics locations.

WSA is seeking a Senior Reward Manager, Americas, to help shape a more consistent, transparent and well-governed Reward approach across its global organization. The role combines regional responsibility for the Americas with global process ownership, working alongside Reward colleagues in EMEA and APAC to manage key processes from end to end.

A major focus will be strengthening Reward practices across the Americas and transferring core Reward processes and governance into Workday. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with US compensation and benefits specialists, connecting their local knowledge with WSA’s broader global strategy. They will also contribute to the development of WSA’s Reward Centre of Excellence, partner with HR teams and business leaders, and support global job architecture, including Mercer IPE job evaluation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own assigned global Reward processes end to end, from guidelines and modelling to system setup, leader communication and execution.

• Act as a trusted Reward partner for the Americas, advising HR colleagues and business leaders across the full spectrum of Reward topics.

• Work closely with our compensation and benefits specialists to keep our offer competitive, compliant and aligned with global principles.

• Design and implement Reward processes and governance in Workday.

• Support our global job architecture and job evaluation and help shape how the Reward Centre of Excellence works.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven Track Record: Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

• Global Expertise: Deep understanding of international reward structures, mobility practices, and multi-country regulatory frameworks.

• Hands-on experience running Reward cycles end to end, such as merit, STI or LTI.

• Experience with job architecture and job evaluation; Mercer IPE is an advantage.

• Familiarity with pay practice, such as FLSA and state pay transparency laws.

• Experience from a publicly listed company or Workday implementation is an advantage, but not essential.

PERSONAL COMPETENCIES:

  • Financial Acumen: Advanced skills in budgetary control, financial modeling, and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors).
  • • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite executives and Board members.
  • • Analytical Mindset: Sharp numerical agility with a passion for turning complex data sets into actionable strategy.

The Company provides equal opportunity to all employees and prospective employees without regard to race, color, creed, religion, national origin, ancestry, sex, age, physical or mental disability, marital status, pregnancy, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, protected veteran or military status, or any other consideration not related to the person’s ability to do the job or otherwise made unlawful by federal, state, or local law.
