Senior Staff Business Systems Analyst - Seller Experience
Job description
Be the seller's advocate for a specific Intuit business unit. In this role, you will represent that business unit's sellers inside the broader Seller Experience roadmap, building the requirements that give the sales team the tools, technology, and process it needs to sell efficiently — while making sure none of it fragments the wider sales motion. Your job is to hold two things true at once: this business unit's sellers get what they specifically need, and Intuit still sells as one team.
Responsibilities
How You Will Contribute
- Serve as the dedicated seller experience representative for your business unit, surfacing seller pain points, workflow gaps, and tooling needs to the central Seller Experience team.
- Gather and document requirements from sellers and sales leadership, and feed them into the broader seller experience roadmap and prioritization process.
- Partner with central Seller Experience, Sales Operations, and Product teams to make sure your business unit's needs are represented and weighed on their merits.
- Evaluate new tools, processes, and workflow changes for their effect on seller efficiency and on the wider sales motion, and flag conflicts before they reach sellers.
- Monitor adoption and effectiveness of the seller tech stack within your business unit, and turn what you find into concrete improvement recommendations.
- Keep business-unit-specific process changes complementary to the enterprise-wide sales motion, rather than one-off exceptions that fragment the seller experience.
- Support change management and training as new tools and workflows roll out to your business unit's sales team.
- Build durable relationships with sales leaders, frontline sellers, and cross-functional partners so the seller's voice is present in every prioritization conversation.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring
- 4+ years of experience in sales operations, sales strategy, or a related analytical role, with hands-on exposure to a CRM and sales tech ecosystem (Salesforce, Gong, or similar).
- Experience gathering requirements directly from sellers and sales leaders and turning them into clear, actionable specs that product, engineering, or enablement partners can build against.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to represent a business unit's needs firmly while still weighing enterprise-wide priorities fairly.
- An analytical mindset and comfort using seller productivity and adoption data to find friction points and make the case for fixing them.
- Working knowledge of the sales workflow end to end — prospecting through close — and how tooling or process gaps at any stage cost sellers time.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the credibility to build trust with both business unit sales leaders and central sales ops and product teams.
- Self-motivation to operate with some ambiguity and competing priorities, and to know when to escalate a conflict rather than absorb it.
