We're looking for a Full-Time Day Shift Server (Dietary Aide) to join our Dining Services team and help create welcoming dining experiences that bring comfort, connection, and enjoyment to our residents each day.

What You'll Do
Mealtime is more than serving food. It's an opportunity to build relationships and create meaningful moments.
As a Server (Dietary Aide), you will:
β Welcome residents and guests with friendly, attentive service
β Assist with dining room setup, meal service, and cleanup
β Deliver meals accurately and efficiently
β Support residents with menu selections and dining needs
β Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting dining environment
β Collaborate with team members to provide an exceptional dining experience
β Help make every meal a positive and enjoyable part of our residents' day
What You'll Bring
β A commitment to providing outstanding customer service
β A positive attitude and a desire to serve others
β Strong communication and teamwork skills
β Reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail
β Food service, hospitality, healthcare, or senior living experience is helpful, but not required
Physical Requirements
β Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
β Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
β Ability to perform the physical duties of food service work safely and effectively
