Manage and speak into the creation and development of Discipleship and Evangelism resources.
Provide the Kidmin team with video and graphic design.
Manager the Kidmin social media accounts including the frequency and quality of posting content, daily interactions, and strategies for engagin followers.
Work with Marketing and other teams to create promotional campaigns, ministry awareness etc.
Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage the specific audiences through newsletters, blogs, etc.
Maintain a dashboard of analytics related to social media activity, newsletters, website traffic, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in a ministry focused area preferred.
- Extensive children's ministry experience preferred.
- Experience in leadership, writing, and public speaking.
- Experience with various social media platforms.
- PC Skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Customer service.
- General office skills.
