Job description

The Social Media Specialist supports the execution of year-round social media and digital marketing activities for the Natrelle brand. This role manages social media accounts, develops and distributes content, monitors website and campaign analytics, and supports email campaigns and other online marketing initiatives across Natrelle marketing channels and platforms, including Brandbox, Exfluential, EveryOne Social, and Natrelle social accounts.

This role requires strong coordination, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders, agency partners, and marketing vendors.

KEY DUTIES AND

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Social Media Specialist and Content Execution-
  • Manage the Natrelle content calendar; develop and distribute approved content across Natrelle channels and platforms; ensure alignment with brand strategy and timelines.
  • Digital Analytics and Campaign Insights: Monitor social, website, and campaign performance; prepare reports and identify insights to support optimization.
  • Email and Online Marketing Support: Coordinate email campaigns and other online marketing activities; support timelines, reviews, approvals, and alignment with Integrated Brand Team priorities.
  • Veeva Vault Promo Mats and Promotional Review: Prepare and route promotional materials, annotations, references, and required documentation; track approvals and support agency submissions in accordance with compliance requirements.
  • Content Capture and Events: Coordinate content capture for events and marketing activities; partner with the DTC lead, Brand Owner, agencies, and stakeholders; organize and support timely review and use of approved content.
  • Patient Contract Coordination: Coordinate approved patient contracts and logistics; manage communications with content leads; track requirements, deliverables, timelines, and external partner follow-up.
  • Stakeholder and Project Coordination: Participate in meetings and steering committees; track action items and deliverables; maintain communication across marketing, agency, legal, regulatory, and compliance partners.
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in marketing, communications, business, digital media, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of marketing experience, including social media or digital marketing.
  • Experience coordinating content, campaigns, approvals, vendors/agencies, and multiple deadlines.
  • Familiarity with social media and website analytics, email marketing, and digital campaign reporting.
  • Ability to follow regulated promotional review and approval processes, including Veeva Vault Promo Mats or similar systems.
  • Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare, aesthetics, or beauty marketing preferred.
