Software Engineering Manager - Simulation Products

You will manage and mentor software engineers developing reliable, performant, user-friendly simulation products. You will provide technical guidance, prioritize complex work, partner with a product manager, recruit engineers, and ensure the team delivers quality software for technical end users.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor software engineers
• Provide technical guidance and prioritize complex software work
• Partner with a product manager to build products in the Axion and VehicleSim lines
• Interview and recruit engineers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, robotics, or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on technical experience
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Programming experience in C++, Python, or Java
• Ability to gain a US Government security clearance
