The Expertise and Skills You Bring

You have over 10 years of experience delivering software in agile, cloud-focused environments. You have a solid grasp of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) processes. Your expertise includes object-oriented software development, large-scale data processing and management through batch-oriented systems, and the design and development of scalable RESTful APIs and robust backend services. You have successfully designed and delivered data-intensive, cloud solutions that meet demanding standards for scalability, performance, security, and reliability. Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in investment performance measurement and analytics, is highly preferred.

Your leadership skills are unparalleled, having led and mentored multi-disciplinary teams across software engineering, test automation, systems analysis, and delivery. You possess strong knowledge of engineering principles, build patterns, and guidelines, and are committed to continuous learning and improvement. Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills have facilitated seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams, effectively troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.

You have a proven track record in managing collaborators, reducing risks, and advancing agile approaches. Your direct participation in code reviews, technical mentoring, and improving processes distinguishes you as a committed leader who promotes a culture of learning, inclusion, and career growth.

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model

Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
