Job description

You will architect and drive initiatives for scalable full-stack web services supporting real-time and offline data flows. You will build and deploy frontend and backend systems, APIs, and data pipelines. You will guide technical strategy, mentor senior engineers, partner on roadmaps, and turn operational data into operator-facing tools and actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and drive scalable full-stack web services for real-time and offline data flows
  • Provide technical leadership across teams and guide complex-system design, development, and deployment
  • Develop and deploy frontend frameworks, backend services, APIs, and data pipelines
  • Mentor senior engineers through code reviews and design discussions
  • Partner with leaders to define technical roadmaps and drive projects to completion
  • Translate operational data and autonomy metrics into operator-facing tools and APIs

Requirements

  • BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 8+ years of industry software-development experience
  • Experience designing, building, and operating large-scale full-stack systems
  • Expertise in front-end and back-end development, scalable web services, distributed systems, and API design
  • Leadership experience driving technical strategy, architecture, and mentorship
  • Cloud infrastructure and DevOps proficiency, including AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and monitoring and alerting systems
