Stock Associate

Position

Summary

The Stock Associate is responsible for organizing and maintaining merchandise inventory to support retail operations. This position receives and processes incoming shipments, maintains stockroom organization, replenishes merchandise on the sales floor, fulfills customer orders, and assists in maintaining an exceptional shopping experience for guests.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive and unpack merchandise deliveries.
• Inspect incoming merchandise for damage and process second-quality items according to company procedures.
• Print and apply price tags or labels to merchandise as needed.
• Enter inventory information using RF scan guns and inventory management software.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe stockroom environment.
• Replenish merchandise on the sales floor and assist with merchandising projects and floor moves.
• Return misplaced merchandise to its proper location throughout the store.
• Pack and ship customer orders using approved shipping systems and procedures.
• Fulfill customer and store orders accurately and efficiently.
• Dispose of empty boxes, packaging materials, pallets, and trash in accordance with company guidelines.
• Assist customers and team members as needed to support daily store operations.
