  • Supply Chain Performance Metrics: Develop, maintain, and continuously improve supplier scorecards, dashboards, and key performance indicators covering delivery, material readiness, schedule performance, and risk.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Program Management to resolve supplier technical issues, material shortages, capacity constraints, and production challenges.
  • Integrate supplier milestones, material requirements, and delivery commitments into the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  • Prepare supplier performance reports, program review materials, and management briefings communicating subcontract status, risks, and recovery actions.
  • Support subcontract negotiations, modifications, and supplier performance discussions in coordination with authorized Global Supply Chain and Contracts personnel.
  • Support supplier cost tracking, Estimate at Completion (EAC) updates, and Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting as applicable.
  • Identify and implement improvements to supplier performance, material flow, reporting accuracy, and supply chain execution processes.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Program Management, or related discipline with 4+ years of relevant experience; or Master's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in subcontract management, supplier program management, procurement, or supply chain execution.
  • Experience supporting production suppliers, manufacturing operations, or complex hardware programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage supplier schedules, delivery commitments, performance issues, and corrective actions.
  • Experience developing program plans, risk registers, performance reports, or contractual deliverables.
  • Understanding of subcontract execution, procurement processes, and material planning.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience developing performance metrics, dashboards, or management reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate execution across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project.
  • U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications
