Supply Chain Business Process Architect

You will own product direction for supply chain systems and data. You will define data models, supplier-management and logistics workflows, partner on system design, validate solutions with stakeholders, measure operational impact, and identify opportunities for AI and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own product direction for end-to-end supply chain systems and data
• Turn supply chain elements into data models and specifications
• Define workflows and product surfaces for supplier management
• Define workflows and product surfaces for logistics and trade compliance
• Partner with IT on technical tradeoffs and system design
• Validate solutions against real workflows with cross-functional stakeholders
• Define and track product metrics
• Identify opportunities for AI and automation to replace manual processes

Requirements

• 7+ years of supply chain systems experience
• Ability to reason about system and data-model design
• Ability to work with IT on technical tradeoffs
• Written communication skills for requirements and prioritization
• Experience shipping products with measurable operational impact
• Experience with ERP or MRP systems in a supply chain or finance context
• Familiarity with NetSuite and Zip
• Fluency working with underlying data and tables
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
