Job Duties
- Develop and maintain an understanding of application dependencies, workflows, integrations, and processes.
- Establish and execute daily/weekly/monthly application monitoring processes to ensure system and data availability, completeness and accuracy
- Routine audits of data and processes to ensure adherence to company policies
- Participate in Project Prioritization and Change Control activities
- Stay informed of tools, trends, and best practices in order to recommend process or application changes aimed at improving departmental operations
Management
The position reports to the Director of Engineering App Support.
