Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Coordinator

Job Summary
Core Duties:
- Create and route requisitions and offers through the approval process for all internal hires while keeping the stakeholders updated.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
- Assist recruiters with sourcing, hiring and immigration activities.
- Coordinate new hire paperwork, initiate any needed internal onboarding tickets, and as needed assist with new hire orientations.
- Coordinate preboarding communications and welcome materials.
- Ensure completion of new hire documentation, including tax forms, employment verification, background checks, policy acknowledgments, and work authorization documents.
- Track onboarding progress and follow up on outstanding requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee records in the ATS and onboarding documentation.
- Support special projects such as internship hiring, recruitment drives and other career events.
- Prepare Talent Acquisition and Onboarding reports.
- Maintain recruitment documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Deliver a professional and positive experience for candidates and internal and new employees.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting and onboarding processes.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- BS in Human Resources or equivalent
- 1-2 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition and Onboarding coordination.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Strong organizational and planning skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work well with others both in person and across other offices through remote communications.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate and integrate with geographically dispersed leaders and teams.
- Strong problem-solving ability with prioritization and attention to detail.
- Experience working with ATS and HRIS platforms. Familiarity with Workday is a plus.
- Ability to speak, read and write in English. Spanish is a plus.
