Job description

What You Will Do

  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team to support full-cycle recruiting activities, including posting job opportunities, reviewing candidate information, and coordinating high-volume interviews.
  • Support process improvements and projects for Talent Acquisition and across HR.

How You Will Do It

  • Assisting with internal and external communications, promotion, and outreach of TA programs.
  • Updating and managing candidate information and interview status in our ATS.
  • Supporting the planning and execution of internship program events, networking opportunities, and intern engagement activities.
  • Analyzing recruiting data and providing administrative support that helps drive efficient hiring processes.

What We Look For

  • Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university.
  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business, and/or related degree.
  • Ability to be in the greater Milwaukee area in the summer.
  • Duration: Starting fall 2026 through summer 2027. Part-time (minimum 10 hours) during the school year and around 40 hours per week in the summer.
  • Working Arrangements: Hybrid internship – must have a quiet workspace away from interruptions, with the option to work in the office. Be able to maintain regular contact with the supervisor/team via virtual methods.
