About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated, collaborative, and self-motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Team. This role is ideal for a high-performing talent acquisition professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering with leaders across the organization to identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead full-cycle recruitment activities across a variety of roles, partnering closely with hiring leaders to understand business needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and ensure a consistent and efficient hiring process.
This role will also play an important part in strengthening Intellivo's employment brand and talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, community and professional partnerships, university relationships, recruiting events, and other talent acquisition initiatives.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop, facilitate, and execute all phases of the full-cycle recruitment process, from intake through offer and onboarding handoff.
- Partner with department leaders and hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with hiring leaders to develop and maintain accurate job descriptions, hiring criteria, interview processes, and selection strategies.
- Proactively source, identify, screen, and engage qualified candidates through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, community organizations, and other sourcing methods.
- Develop and implement creative and effective sourcing strategies based on the role, talent market, industry trends, and organizational needs.
- Manage job postings and recruitment advertising to maximize candidate reach and engagement.
- Coordinate and facilitate interviews, including scheduling, candidate communication, interview preparation, and follow-up.
- Partner with hiring managers throughout the interview and selection process to promote consistent, timely, and effective decision-making.
- Deliver a positive, professional, and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Partner with the People Team and hiring leaders throughout the offer process, including compensation recommendations, start dates, approvals, and other employment details.
- Maintain accurate and timely candidate and recruiting activity within Intellivo's applicant tracking system and HRIS.
- Track and report recruiting activity and key talent acquisition metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
- Support employment branding initiatives and maintain a positive presence across relevant talent platforms and social media channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, community organizations, professional associations, and other talent sources to strengthen Intellivo's recruiting pipeline.
- Attend and participate in career fairs, networking events, recruiting sessions, and other talent acquisition events.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, systems, and candidate and hiring manager experiences.
- Ensure recruitment activities are conducted in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies for a variety of positions and talent markets.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to effectively partner with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Proactive and self-directed, with the ability to take initiative and work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple open positions, competing priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to recruiting and hiring.
- High emotional and social intelligence, with the ability to build trusted relationships with diverse groups of people.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through and attention to accuracy.
- Comfortable working in an evolving environment and identifying opportunities to improve processes and the overall recruiting experience.
- Passion for talent acquisition, candidate experience, and building high-performing teams.
