What started as a single facility has grown into a network of more than 150 communities across seven states, offering a complete continuum of care including skilled nursing rehabilitation centers, long-term care facilities, assisted living communities, independent rehabilitation centers, and long-term acute care hospitals. At the heart of CommuniCare's philosophy is a commitment to person-centered care guided by the principle of 'Serving with Pride.'
