You will independently manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles. You will build targeted sourcing campaigns, use AI tools to improve workflow efficiency, partner with leadership using recruiting metrics, develop industry knowledge, and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

Responsibilities

Manage a full-lifecycle recruiting desk for engineering roles
Use AI and agentic coding tools to automate workflows and improve productivity
Build targeted sourcing campaigns for engineering talent
Partner with leadership using recruiting data and metrics
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience

Requirements

4+ years of technical recruiting experience
Bachelor's degree in any field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
Evidence of a fast-growth trajectory in agency, in-house, or VC roles
Experience sourcing through LinkedIn and other creative channels
