You will build and manage pipelines for technical roles in autonomy, machine learning, embedded systems, and software engineering. You will develop research-driven sourcing and talent-mapping strategies, partner with hiring managers and recruiters, and use data and market research to refine sourcing approaches.

• Experience building rapport with candidates and employees
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
