Traveling Senior Project Manager - Power
Job description
The Boldt Company, a subsidiary of the Boldt GroupLocation: Our project-based roles are ideal for individuals who thrive in the field and want to see the direct impact of their work. You'll be assigned full-time to active project sites across our portfolio, working closely with experienced project teams and industry-leading clients. To support a sustainable travel lifestyle, team members return home every three weeks for a long weekend, providing regular opportunities to rest, recharge, and spend quality time at home before returning to the jobsite.
If you're passionate about building the infrastructure that powers communities, industries, and the future, this is an opportunity to lead some of the nation's most significant power-generation construction projects. At Boldt, you'll do more than manage projects. You'll shape critical energy infrastructure, lead exceptional teams, and leave a lasting impact on projects valued at $50M+ across the United States.
As a Traveling Senior Project Manager, you'll serve as the driving force behind successful project delivery from preconstruction through commissioning and final turnover. You'll have the autonomy, resources, and support to make key decisions while leading complex, high-profile power-generation projects where safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance matter.
This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on construction leader who thrives in the field and enjoys solving complex challenges alongside skilled craft professionals. You'll lead self-perform work in a union environment, directing labor strategy, means and methods, equipment utilization, productivity planning, and field execution. Beyond the jobsite, you'll influence project success through strategic leadership of project controls, earned value and forecasting, critical path scheduling, engineering coordination, subcontractor and supplier management, and regulatory compliance.
Most importantly, you'll build and mentor high-performing teams, foster strong client relationships, and help deliver the power-generation facilities that support economic growth and energy reliability across the country. If you're looking for a role where you can take ownership, lead meaningful work, and advance your career with a company known for its culture, collaboration, and commitment to excellence, you'll find it at Boldt.
If you're an experienced construction professional looking to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply and start a conversation with us.
