You will serve as a trusted advisor to the broader team, navigating the complexities of global finance while ensuring our operational execution remains disciplined. What you’ll do
- Develop, implement, and maintain bank account structures and controls to ensure global liquidity and operational security.
- Navigate the daily cash and liquidity management for multiple entities, managing shifting priorities and market dynamics in real-time.
- Oversee intercompany balances and facilitate settlements across cross-functional teams to support Uber’s global expansion.
- Administer online banking systems and act in FX back-office roles, ensuring accuracy and accountability in high-stakes transactions.
- Partner with product, legal, and tax teams to unblock financial bottlenecks and deliver practical solutions at speed.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of cash management experience at a top corporate or financial institution.
Preferred Qualifications
- English language proficiency.
- Experience with multi-national financial operations.
- Advanced data skills and proficiency with financial modeling.
- Professional certification such as CTP, CFA, or an MBA.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects while minimizing waste and ensuring accuracy.
- Experience working within a large public multi-national company.
- Strong collaborative mindset with a track record of building trust across diverse stakeholders.
For New York City, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $106,000 per year - USD $118,000 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $106,000 per year - USD $118,000 per year.
For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
