TITLE: Vehicle Operability Manager
DUTIES: Lead a technical team dedicated to maintaining Quality, Cost, and Delivery performance to ensure the success of the program/project. Lead team of technical experts, consisting of Vehicle Operability Project Managers and Triage Engineers with varying levels of experience, strives to improve vehicle-level operability by promptly identifying and resolving electrical issues and updating vehicles with the latest compatible software configurations. Develop advanced methodologies and tools for efficient and comprehensive vehicle diagnostics and validation. Analyze and refine workflows to improve throughput, reduce cycle times, and enhance system reliability. Architect and standardize operational workflows in collaboration with global teams, ensuring procedural compliance. Review and approve technical proposals to ensure alignment with engineering standards and strategic direction. Ensure access to necessary tools and physical assets for effective task execution. Define project deliverables, track milestones, and ensure quality and timeliness of outputs. Forecast workload and identify resource needs to meet operational and program goals. Manage a multidisciplinary team consisting of 8-20 internal collaborators and 3-20 external service providers, optimizing resource allocation to meet program and operational objectives. Accountable for the Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) metrics of program deliverables, driving continuous improvement and corrective actions where necessary.
