Vice President of Sales
Job description
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer FLSA: Exempt Location: Westfield, Indiana
Position Summary
DuraMark Technologies is seeking an accomplished Vice President of Sales to join the Executive Leadership Team and lead the company’s sales and growth strategy.
DuraMark is a growing manufacturer of durable labels, decals, overlays, and branding solutions serving industrial and OEM customers across North America. With operations in Indiana and Minnesota and continued investment in technology, manufacturing capabilities, and people, DuraMark is positioned for continued growth in the durable labeling and decal market.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Vice President of Sales will have responsibility for Business Development, Sales, and the Solutions Group. DuraMark is looking for an exceptional commercial leader who can evaluate where we are today, identify opportunities, and build the strategy, processes, metrics, talent, and accountability necessary to support the company’s next stage of growth.
The successful candidate will be both strategic and hands-on and comfortable moving between executive-level strategy, sales leadership, customer relationships, pipeline and performance analysis, and direct involvement in important opportunities.
DuraMark operates on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), and this leader will play an active role in driving alignment, accountability, communication, and execution throughout the organization.
