Overview

Hayden Industrial, a leading manufacturer of industrial cooling systems, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations that support production at Hayden Industrial. This role supervises the kitting process for assembly and other work centers, manages the cycle count program, directs receiving activities, and establishes procedures to support effective warehouse performance. The Warehouse Manager also supports and maintains the company’s workplace culture, ensuring a safe, organized, and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee and manage kitting operations supporting assembly and other work centers.

· Ensure kitting accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery to production.

· Lead the cycle count program and maintain inventory accuracy.

· Oversee receiving goods and ensure timely and accurate processing.

· Establish, document, and maintain warehouse processes and procedures.

· Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to resolve material flow issues.

· Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.

· Train and mentor warehouse personnel.

· Support a positive workplace culture aligned with company values.

· Perform other related duties as assigned.

· Coordinate and oversee outbound logistics activities, ensuring accurate order picking, proper packaging, and timely staging of outbound shipments to meet customer delivery requirements.

Hayden Industrial has determined this position involves safety-sensitive job duties and will be considered a safety-sensitive position for purpose of the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act (“The Unity Bill.”) effective August 29th, 2019.

Education and Experience:

· High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional training in warehouse operations is preferred.

· At least 3 years of warehouse or material-handling experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Leadership experience preferred.

· Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.

· Organized with strong prioritization abilities.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and within a team.

· Proficient with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office.

Supervisor Responsibility:

This position has supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment:

Non-temperature controlled environment with loud noises, dust, dirt, and metal particles that are usually associated with metal fabrication shops. All employees are required to wear personal protective equipment to include noise/hearing protection, safety glasses with side shields, (paint masks, respirator, when required) and OSHA compliant safety boots/shoes within the manufacturing facility.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing duties of this job, the employee in this position is regularly required to stand for long periods of time. This position requires walking, the ability to reach, ascend/descend ladders, bend, kneel, and stoop. The employee occasionally will lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel:

No travel is required for this position.
