Warehouse Outbound Specialist

Outbound Specialist

Role Summary

Beauty by Earth is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Outbound Specialist to build and ship replenishment, wholesale, and supplier shipments from our warehouse in Carrollton, Texas.

This is a hands-on warehouse role. You will prepare Amazon and Walmart replenishment shipments, pick, pack, and ship wholesale orders, and send internal shipments to our suppliers. Every shipment needs to be right on the pallet, right on the label, and right in our ERP system before it leaves the building.

You’ll report to our Outbound Manager and work alongside our outbound and fulfillment teams. You will receive training, documented procedures, and clear guidelines, but you must be comfortable following standards closely, working at a steady pace, and speaking up when something looks wrong.

Key Responsibilities

Replenishment Shipments

• Pick, Pack & Build Amazon FBA (US and Canada) and Walmart WFS replenishment shipments to each retailer’s requirements
• Count, label, and palletize shipments accurately
• Apply retailer labeling and routing guide requirements to every shipment

Wholesale & Supplier Shipments

• Pick, pack, and ship wholesale orders
• Prepare and ship internal shipments to our suppliers
• Mark shipments as shipped in our ERP (Fulfil) with tracking the same day they leave

Shipping & Carriers

• Stage shipments, prepare bills of lading, and support carrier pickups
• Load trailers safely and confirm counts at pickup

Safety & Teamwork

• Keep the outbound area safe, clean, and organized
• Operate forklift and reach truck as needed
• Support D2C order fulfillment during peak periods when needed

What We’re Looking For

• 1 or more years of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment
• Experience preparing Amazon FBA, Walmart WFS, or wholesale retail shipments is a strong plus
• Comfortable using a WMS or ERP and handheld scanners
• Strong attention to detail. You check labels, counts, and paperwork before anything ships.
• Dependable, on time, and able to work at a steady pace
• Forklift and reach truck certified, or willing to get certified. We pay for the course and train you to drive.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand and walk for a full shift
• Nice to have: experience with LTL freight and bills of lading, Seller Central or Walmart Seller Center shipments, or bilingual English and Spanish

What success looks like:

• Replenishment, wholesale, and supplier shipments leave on time
• Retailers receive the right quantities with no labeling errors
• Shipments are closed in the system the same day they leave
• No open replenishment backlog sitting past its planned date
• The outbound area stays safe and organized

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Takes pride in getting the details right
• Likes clear standards and following them every time
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Wants to grow in warehouse and logistics operations

• Weekend, holiday, and overtime coverage may be requested during peak periods
• Must be at least 18 years old to operate forklift and reach truck
