Warehouse Shipping Coordinator - Day Shift, Alternating Weeks

This role will be on day shift with alternating weeks 6am-2pm and 9am-5pm.

Activities may include, but are not limited to:

• Support day to day activities of Warehouse shipping Office (Label Creation/Certificate of compliance documentation/Sales Order Separation-Instruction Review Process)
• Support outgoing freight process (Trucking Company Pick Up Process/Shipping Requirements/Team Communication)
• Support Order Billing Process (QAD systems)
• Support International Shipping Documentation Requirements (SLI/SOLAS/AES)
• Support Daily Reports/Shipping Verification/Closing Procedures (QAD Reports-Process)
• Rapid response to Customer, Planning, Manufacturing and QA request

• High School diploma or GED required and/or equivalent work experience.
• Proven skill with warehousing, shipping/receiving a plus.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Must be computer literate. Experience with data entry required. Other computer skills are a plus.
