West Coast Communications Manager

You will manage communications priorities, calendars, trackers, and internal workflows. You will build media relationships, plan and execute announcement launches, draft pitches and briefing materials, coordinate interviews and speaking opportunities, and track media coverage, sentiment, and share of voice.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communications priorities
• Maintain communications calendars, trackers, and agendas
• Coordinate announcement, media, event, and speaking workflows
• Develop relationships with media and emerging voices
• Support announcement launches from strategy through follow-up
• Draft pitches, media briefs, talking points, and preparation documents
• Coordinate interviews, briefings, podcasts, and speaking opportunities
• Track press coverage, sentiment, and share of voice

Requirements

• 5–7 years of technology, AI, or corporate communications experience
• Understanding of technology, AI, startup, and San Francisco media landscapes
• Writing

• Interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in a related or adjacent field
