Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle

As NFM’s Window Treatment Designer, you will assist NFM customers in planning and designing their window treatments, while providing the highest level of service and follow-up to close sales.

Job Duties: A Day in the Life

Monitor Identify and resolve service issues quickly and efficiently. Partner with customer care teams whenever necessary to ensure prompt and thorough problem resolution

Manage Compiles lists of prospective clients for use as sales leads, based on information from other NFM departments, newspapers, business directories, ads, trade shows, internet, other

Plan Present quotes, drawings, and product specifications to clients for approval. Procure client signoffs prior to creating orders

Assist Displays or demonstrates product, using samples or catalogs, presents features and benefits of product and NFM

Qualifications

Can You Check These Boxes?

High School Diploma or GED preferred

3-5 years of retail sales experience

Product Knowledge

Window treatment background, including the ability to properly measure

Interior Design, Architecture or Art degree preferred

Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs

Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, criminal background check
