Chassis Manager

In this role, you will be instrumental in the Chassis Module, using your extensive skills to process and analyze large volumes of data. You will collaborate with diverse teams, including Engineering, Quality Control and VINFAST suppliers, to create cutting-edge solutions that will drive the future of transportation.

• Lead Design and release Engineering on future model programs for all development, including to meet VINFAST Engineering Requirements and product development timing.
• Lead the Chassis development team to deliver best in class driving experience and meet VINFAST Engineering Requirements and product development timing.
• Supervise a team of 2-3 senior and engineers responsible for the Engineering department.
• Flexibility and drive to overcome the geographical challenges of working with Global Project Stakeholders.

Requirements

• 13+ years' experience in automotive or related industries.

Experience in design and release – with a focus on either mounts/bushes/wheels/tyres/tools

Experience in most areas of Chassis – suspension/steering/wheels/tyres

Experience in Steering systems

CAD skills - CATIA

PLUS

• Project management skills- link between chassis and the program team
• Presentations will be required as well as running many program meetings
• Understanding all Chassis aspects at a high level
• Experience in steering components
