About the role

We are hiring a Senior Technical SEO, Organic and AI Search to join the Marketing team (Digital Low Touch). You'll report to the Director of Marketing, DLT, and be based in Ho Chi Minh City.

This is a hands-on senior IC role, and you'll own the whole channel. You'll own Katalon's organic and AI search performance end to end. That covers the technical health of , how we show up in Google, and how we get cited and recommended by AI assistants like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Copilot. You'll set the technical roadmap, run experiments, prove what works with data, and build AI-powered workflows that automate the routine work.

Key responsibilities

• Technical SEO and site health: Own crawlability, indexation, rendering, site architecture, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, structured data, hreflang and log file analysis across our CMS platforms. Own SEO on the newly migrated Next.js and Payload CMS blog. Partner with web engineering by writing tickets and reviewing PRs.
• AI search and answer engines: Grow visibility in AI Overviews, AI Mode and LLM assistants. Build a repeatable way to measure it (prompt sets, citation share, brand mentions, sentiment). Work out what drives citations in our category and act on it.
• Experimentation and insight: Run a continuous program of SEO tests. Diagnose algorithm and SERP shifts quickly. Find content, programmatic and SERP-feature opportunities. Lead backlink gap and competitor link analysis.
• AI-native operations: Build AI workflows and agents (Claude Code, GSC/DataForSEO APIs, n8n, GitHub Actions) to automate audits, monitoring, decay detection, on-page QA, internal linking and reporting.
• Strategy and reporting: Own the organic and AI search roadmap for True Platform and Studio, tied to pipeline and trial goals. Connect search activity to signups, trials and revenue.

Job Requirements

• 4+ years in SEO with a strong technical focus
• Deep hands-on knowledge of JavaScript rendering, crawl budget, indexation control, canonicalization, redirects, structured data, Core Web Vitals and log analysis
• A proven track record of owning and growing a site's organic performance, with results you can evidence
• Experience running SEO on a headless or modern JavaScript stack, including diagnosing post-migration issues
• A real point of view on AI search, backed by hands-on work
• AI-native habits: you build your own workflows with LLMs, APIs and scripts, and can show examples
• Comfortable with data (GSC, GA4, Semrush, SQL or Python), and code-literate enough to read a PR and work with engineers as a peer
• A scientific, hypothesis-driven mindset and honest reporting
• Clear written English, and able to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
• Based in Ho Chi Minh City

Preferred Experience

• Marketing to software engineers, QA or DevOps audiences
• Programmatic SEO at scale (comparison, integration or template pages)
• Next.js, Payload or another headless CMS
• Building agents or automations with Claude Code, MCP servers, n8n or GitHub Actions
• International SEO across multiple markets
• Sharing work publicly through talks, posts, open-source tools or experiments
