Mô tả công việc

The Talent Acquisition Team Lead (TA Lead) is the functional lead and primary representative of TA in Vietnam, accountable for the quality, consistency and effectiveness of the team’s work, not only their own recruitment delivery.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining people management, recruitment, stakeholder partnership, continuous improvement and Employer Branding. The TA Lead will have the opportunity to shape how the TA function operates in Vietnam, develop the team, handle complex hiring situations, represent TA with local and global stakeholders, and continuously improve how we attract and hire talent.

Duties and Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:

Recruitment, Business Partnership & TA Representation

Represent the TA team with Hiring Managers and leadership, advising on hiring requirements, priorities, timelines, assessment approaches and talent-market assumptions.

Own selected critical, complex and high-priority searches where senior-level TA partnership and market expertise are required.

Use hiring data, pipeline trends and talent-market insights to identify risks and opportunities, anticipate challenges and provide leadership with actionable recommendations on hiring priorities and decisions.

Provide clear hiring updates on recruiting and initiatives and represent TA to stakeholders in company-wide communications, the global TA forum, and other relevant meetings.

Team Leadership, Talent Acquisition Ownership & Continuous Improvement

Allocate and oversee recruitment ownership across the team, ensuring the right level of support and attention based on role complexity, priority and business impact.

Lead, coach and develop the Talent Acquisition team, including goal setting, regular feedback, performance reviews and development planning.

Own the overall quality, consistency and effectiveness of Talent Acquisition in Vietnam, ensuring strong recruitment practices, candidate experience and stakeholder partnership across the team.

Act as the first escalation point for complex recruitment, candidate and stakeholder situations, whilst coaching the team toward practical solutions.

Translate evolving business and talent needs into clear TA priorities, resource plans and areas of focus, balancing immediate hiring demands with longer-term capability and capacity.

Establish and continuously evolve TA standards, processes, templates, tools and ways of working to improve quality, scalability, team capacity and productivity without creating unnecessary process.

Identify and lead initiatives that strengthen the overall effectiveness and maturity of Talent Acquisition in Vietnam, in partnership with local and global stakeholders.

Employer Branding & Talent Attraction

Partner with the People Operations Manager and TA team to define Employer Branding priorities aligned with hiring needs and target talent segments.

Guide and evaluate initiatives that strengthen employer visibility, employee advocacy and sustainable candidate pipelines.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including 2+ years of people-management or equivalent team-lead experience with responsibility for performance reviews, coaching and developmental feedback.

Strong experience recruiting within the IT industry; gaming experience is a plus.

Strong hands-on experience with full-cycle recruitment, including complex, senior and difficult-to-fill positions.

Demonstrated ability to independently advise, influence and constructively challenge Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders.

Strong people leadership, coaching and problem-solving skills.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate recruitment data and market insights into practical actions.

Strong English communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills, with confidence working across local and global teams.

Strong working knowledge of ATS, sourcing platforms and recruitment technologies, with openness to adopting AI and emerging tools to improve quality and productivity.

Strong continuous-improvement mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to improve team quality, capacity and effectiveness.

Employer Branding experience is a plus; the ability to learn, plan and guide relevant initiatives is required.
