Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative on behalf of a prestigious luxury catering company, with the role based between Stellenbosch Western Cape.

• Position: Customer Service Representative
• Location: Stellenbosch Western Cape
• Property Type: Luxury Catering Company
• Salary: R13,000 – R16,000 basic salary, negotiable depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact for customers and clients
• Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email and other communication channels
• Provide professional and efficient customer service at all times
• Assist customers with bookings, enquiries, orders and general requests
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Follow up on enquiries and ensure that customer needs are addressed promptly
• Assist with resolving customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner
• Maintain accurate customer and booking information
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Support the wider team with general administrative and customer service duties

Key

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service, reservations, hospitality or similar client-facing role
• Experience within a luxury hospitality, catering or service environment would be advantageous
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional, friendly and service-driven approach
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries and priorities efficiently
• Confident telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills
• Good computer literacy
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
