Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a polished, welcoming and guest-focused Spa Hostess to join a luxury hotel in Cape Town. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who takes pride in creating a warm and professional first impression and ensuring that every guest receives an exceptional spa experience.

Position Details

• Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
• Property: Luxury Hotel
• Position: Spa Hostess
• Salary: R10,000 per month, negotiable depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and warmly greet all spa guests, providing a professional and personalised service.
• Manage guest arrivals, departures and spa bookings efficiently.
• Provide guests with information regarding spa treatments, facilities and services.
• Assist with appointment scheduling and ensure the spa diary is accurately maintained.
• Handle guest enquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
• Liaise with therapists and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness within the reception and spa areas.
• Process payments and assist with basic administrative duties where required.
• Ensure that guests are comfortable and well looked after throughout their visit.
• Uphold the luxury standards and service expectations of the property at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in a spa, luxury hotel, lodge or high-end hospitality environment is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A warm, friendly and professional personality.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment.
• Well-presented with a strong understanding of luxury guest service.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
