Virtual Assistant

Salary: R23 000 – R25 000 per month

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Virtual Assistant for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa. You will own inbox, diary and task management for a UK manager.

Role overview

You will work as the right hand of a UK manager or small team, keeping inboxes, calendars and to-do lists under control. This is a full-time, 100% remote role for South African talent, working UK hours: 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST).

Key responsibilities

• Triage email and flag priorities
• Schedule meetings and manage calendars across time zones
• Book travel and appointments
• Research suppliers and prepare simple summaries
• Track tasks and follow up until they are done

What you'll need

• Experience in a VA, PA or admin role
• Confident with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
• Strong written English
• Good organisation and the ability to work independently
• Able to work 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST)

Nice to have

• Experience with Slack, Zoom and Asana
• Familiarity with basic bookkeeping or invoicing
• Experience supporting UK clients
