Night Auditor Job Responsibilities: $15 - Full or Part Time - Set Schedule
- MUST be able to work 10p-6a, including weekends, holidays and be flexible to switch schedule to help cover day off requests as needed.
- Act as manager on duty by making executive decisions to ensure that everything runs smoothly throughout the night.
- Check in guests, answer phones and take reservations
- Assist guest with directions, local dinning and attraction information.
- Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies. Try your best to make things right with guest, and always communicate all issues to management for further follow up if needed.
- Post payments, reconcile and balance all accounts
- Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts
- Complete audit process, and properly rollover business day
- Keep accurate financial records and ledgers
- Help prepare and send out forecast reports, along with other financial reports to management, and corporate.
- Ensure cleanliness of lobby, gym, laundry room, bathrooms and pool/patio area
- Set up breakfast in the absence of a breakfast attendant.
- Complete any other small assignments given by Operations Managers or GM

Skills:
- Proven experience as a Front desk, Night Auditor or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Experience with accounting and facilities management software
- Savy Computer Skills
- Excellent math skills
- An eye for detail
- Good problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service skills
- The ability to multitask
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
