We’re currently hiring a internal Part-Time Photo Lead to support all daily operational aspects of our Imaging Department. In this key role, you’ll help drive sales, foster a positive team environment, and ensure guests leave with unforgettable photo memories. The Photo Lead is responsible for taking photos as needed and directly assisting guests with sales, and must successfully handle all aspects of the photography operation to ensure that the daily goals for photo captures and revenue are met or exceeded.
What you’ll do:
- Ensure the photo operation is set up each day, including providing cash funds for cashiers and cameras for photographers.
- Responsible for audits and maintaining skimmer checks
- Responsible for training and coaching team members.
- Perform all functions at the photography point-of-sale, including photo recall, editing and enhancements, printing, packaging, and sale transactions. Monitor all reporting methods in the department to maximize staff productivity.
- Respond to and correct any phone/email guest complaints that may arise
- Assist the Imaging Supervisor in working with the vendor to maintain equipment
- Master the technology and skills required to capture high-quality photos professionally. Additionally, train and empower your staff to execute these tasks with precision and efficiency.
- Adapts to daily changes in work environment, location, and responsibilities.
- Comply with safety and security directives, policies, and procedures.
- Act as photo point of contact in the absence of the Imaging Supervisor
What you’ll bring:
- High School Diploma preferred
- 2 years in retail or customer service experience preferred
- Friendly, outgoing, and proactive individual
- Cash handling experience
- Ability to work weekends and holidays with occasional evenings
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check
- Allergies related to animals or plants, which might interfere with the ability to work, must be controlled by medications or protective equipment.
- Ability to remain on foot for long periods of time, climb stairs, bend and stoop, walk long distances
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift to 30 pounds
