Ocassional travel is required once per year for our annual summit in Mishawaka, IN, or to client engagements.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $50,000 to $62,500, depending on experience and qualifications, while our internal pay band for this role extends to $80,000.
Pathfinders, a full-service integrated marketing agency, is looking for an Account Executive who thrives on building relationships and moving work forward. - Develop and manage project plans; monitor timelines, budgets, and KPIs

What we’d like to see in a strong candidate:
- BSc./B.A. required
- 3+ years of advertising or marketing agency experience required. Experience with agencies that have full-service offerings (digital, paid media, experiential, social, video, print) is a plus
- 3+ years of experience with project management software, preferred (preferably in Kantata OX
- Ownership: Takes full accountability for accounts, deliverables, and client communication
- Proactivity & Urgency: Keeps projects moving; tackles tasks immediately and avoids bottlenecks
- Confidence & Presence: Leads conversations with clients and internal teams; assertive without being abrasive
- Strategic Point of View: Brings perspective to every meeting and connects client needs with agency solutions
- Relationship-Driven: Builds rapport with different personalities and adapts communication styles
- Curiosity & Adaptability: Digs into client industries/products and pivots seamlessly between diverse projects
