Overview
Pro Farms is seeking a motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our field sales team. This role will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with dispensaries and delivery operators across Sacramento and the surrounding Central Valley region. The Account Executive will represent Pro Farms? portfolio of brands ? SunSmoke, Kaizen, and Henry?s Original ? while providing exceptional service and ensuring consistent follow-through.
This is a field-based role that requires frequent travel and face-to-face engagement with accounts. The ideal candidate brings a strong existing network and proven track record of cannabis sales success.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales within an assigned territory (Sacramento & surrounding areas).
- Build, maintain, and expand relationships with dispensaries, delivery services, and key buyers.
- Present and promote Pro Farms? portfolio (SunSmoke, Kaizen, Henry?s Original) to current and prospective accounts.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to drive new business.
- Track and report sales activity, market feedback, and competitive insights to management.
- Partner with marketing and operations to execute promotions, product launches, and events.
- Ensure timely follow-up on orders, collections, and customer service needs.
- Represent the company professionally at trade shows, vendor days, and industry events.
