Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Greensboro, NC (Servicing Greensboro & Charlotte)
Details: W2, Full-Time, On-site, up to 50% Travel
Vanguard Cleaning Systems is seeking a highly motivated Franchise Account Manager to support our network of independently owned Franchisees and manage client accounts. This role focuses on franchisee success, customer satisfaction, and business growth through relationship-building, service optimization, and consultative support.

- Base Salary: $70,000–$80,000 (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships by serving as the primary liaison between customers and franchisees, providing ongoing coaching, support, and clear communication to ensure alignment and satisfaction
- Lead new customer onboarding and conduct regular site visits to uphold service quality, consistently responding with urgency and accountability to customer and franchisee needs for timely issue resolution and high-level support
- Drive revenue growth through upselling, supply sales, and promotion of special services
- Support account onboarding alongside Sales and Business Development teams.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to document interactions, manage visit cadences, and track service outcomes
- Educate customers on industry trends, equipment, and chemical innovations while staying current on best practices through ongoing training and webinars
- Encourage and facilitate Google review submissions as part of customer engagement efforts
- Perform light office management duties as assigned
Requirements
- 3+ years in commercial cleaning or account management
- Experience using CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Technologically proficient with Microsoft 365 and mobile apps
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills
- Strong leadership qualities and a proactive approach
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Must reside within commuting distance to Greensboro, NC
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in commercial cleaning or facilities management
- Proven success in customer relationship or franchise development roles
- Ability to lead team meetings and coach peers or junior reps
