We are seeking an experienced Account Manager / Business Developer to be part of our DFW team. This is NOT "door-to-door sales." PROCO Roofing & Construction has broken that mold to become a Top 10 Contractor in Texas based on the success of our Business Developers, which produce over half of our company revenue. The Business Developer will be managing a territory of 50-100 partnering business in the DFW metroplex who currently use our services, as well as cultivating new business partnerships in the community.
Responsibilities:
- Work and train alongside high-performers.
- Participate in daily/weekly team trainings and meetings.
- Attend networking events, business lunches/dinners, and community events.
- Schedule and execute "Lunch-and-Learns" and "Happy Hours" for business clients.
- Network with real estate, insurance, and property management agencies.
- Act as the liason between PROCO and our business clients.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years experience in sales, customer service, or business development.
- Reliable transportation
- Growth mindset with a team-oriented attitude
- Great with time management (on-time and reliable)
- Desire to help others and solve problems
- Strong verbal, typed, texted, and written communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a PLUS!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
