Accounting Associate – Full-Time (On-site in Fayetteville, AR)
Starting at $17.50/hour, based on experience
Monday–Friday | 40 hours/week
We’re a growing accounting firm in Fayetteville looking to add a bookkeeper to our team. We’ve been in business since 2020 and now serve over 1,000 clients. Things move quickly around here, and we’re looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced with QuickBooks Online to help keep our clients’ books accurate and up to date.
This is a full-time, in-person position. We work closely as a team and collaborate throughout the day, so we need someone who can reliably be in the office.
What the job includes:
- Day-to-day bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online
- Reconciling bank and credit card accounts
- Preparing monthly financials (P&L, balance sheet)
- Sales tax reporting
- Payroll processing
- Communicating with clients by phone and email
- Occasionally writing letters or making calls to the IRS or state agencies
- Supporting other team members when needed
What we’re looking for:
- 1+ year of bookkeeping experience (required)
- Comfortable working in QuickBooks Online
- Familiar with accounting basics
- Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills
- Able to work independently, but also as part of a team
- Professional, positive, and reliable
