We are looking for an organized, self-motivated full-time employee to work in small, but fast-paced legal office. Prior legal assistant experience is beneficial but not required. This is a position that requires extensive, hands-on training during the first ninety (90) days of employment, and some thereafter. The job candidate must work well both independently and with co-workers, and be willing to adapt to the procedures and protocols of an established legal practice. The required credentials include:
- Administrative skills including some experience with Microsoft Office products, i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- High level of organizational skills
- Ability to read through large documents and extrapolate relevant information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
We offer a generous benefits package, and starting pay will range between $18-21/hour dependent on qualifications and experience.
