Our small, but growing company is looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to manage the day to day administrative aspects of our fuel distribution business.
The successful applicant will have a positive attitude, a desire to work efficiently as possible, excellent communication skills, manage multiple tasks, think strategically and has the capability to operate with little or no supervision.
If you have worked in a fast-paced office in the past and enjoyed establishing your own organizational systems, we're excited to speak with you.
This job may include some overtime as well as occasional weekend work.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Working in multiple spreadsheets - Knowledgeable in excel and word
- High level of data entry
- Excellent phone skills
- Knowledgeable in Peachtree/Sage 50 Accounting - a plus
- Other miscellaneous office duties
- Working closely with office manager and or owner
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
