As our Administrative Assistant, you won’t just be organizing calendars and answering phones—you’ll be playing a vital role in ensuring our hospice team runs smoothly so they can focus on what matters most: providing comfort, dignity, and support to patients and their families.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact—warmly welcoming visitors, patients’ families, and community partners.
- Answer and route phone calls with empathy and professionalism.
- Manage clerical duties including filing, document preparation, and data entry.
- Assist with maintaining accurate patient and organizational records in compliance with hospice regulations.
- Support scheduling of team meetings, interviews, and home visits.
- Record and distribute meeting minutes, ensuring action items are tracked.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies, coordinating maintenance requests as needed.
- Maintain a calm, confidential, and compassionate presence—especially during emotionally sensitive moments.

Requirements:
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
- 3–5 years of administrative support experience (healthcare or hospice a plus).
- Understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality practices.
