Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the smooth functioning of daily operations, including managing communications, maintaining records, and assisting with various clerical duties.
Duties
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and handling inquiries in a professional manner.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Organize and maintain files, both electronic and paper, for easy retrieval and reference.
- Utilize phone systems to manage incoming calls, directing them to appropriate personnel as needed.
- Support time management efforts by scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for staff members.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects, providing clerical support as required.
