Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team at Accent Millwork & Supply. This role is essential for ensuring smooth office operations and providing exceptional customer support. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a key role in maintaining our professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide information about our products.
- Maintain organized office files and documentation for easy retrieval.
- Utilize Google Workspace to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
- Proofread correspondence and other documents to ensure accuracy.
- Support the office management team in daily operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Exceptional communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
