About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and strategic Area Business Development Manager to lead sales growth across a multi-branch territory. In this high-impact role, you’ll identify new business opportunities, develop strong client relationships, and work closely with branch operations to deliver outstanding workforce solutions.
You’ll be the connector between new clients and the Ōnin team — building partnerships that fuel long-term success and community impact.
Location & Travel Expectations
This leadership role is based in Rogers, AR, with regional oversight across several key markets. The territory includes:
- Northwest Arkansas
- Southwest Missouri
- Arkansas River Valley Region
The ideal candidate will live in or be willing to relocate to the Rogers, AR area and should expect regular travel within the region to support business development, branch performance, and team leadership
What You’ll Do
- Lead and drive branch sales efforts across your territory to support profitable, sustainable growth
- Develop and execute sales strategies that generate new business through outside and inside sales
- Build and maintain strong client partnerships, understanding their staffing needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Collaborate with local branch operations to ensure seamless service delivery and shared success
- Generate and manage your own leads, guiding them through the entire sales cycle
Ideal Candidate
- 3–5 years of experience in outside sales; staffing or service industry experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills — confident, clear, and persuasive
- Knowledge of the light industrial sector, including manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics
- Proven ability to build and grow strong client relationships
- Adaptable, strategic, and results-focused
